Guandong Shaoguan Fuel lnjection Pump and Nozzle Works, is a national appointed professional production works of Fuel lnjection Pump and Nozzle. The main products include the diesel engine fuel system's plunger type fuel injection pump fuel injector,fuel nozzle,plunger assembly and delivery valve assembly used for agricultural machines, vehicles, boats, engine sets,engineering mechanism, with 2500000 units every year. The works accepts the mass processing of high-precision mechanic products in accordance with picture, sample and material (gasoline motor nozzle mechanic parts, oil spray device, industrial water nozzle, industrial and household gas nozzle, industrial precise hydraulic valve, household electromotive tool hardware, precise mechanic parts, automobile and motorcycle, etc).
Since 18th December 2001, the works was transformed into a stock co-operation enterprise from the former state-owned enterprise, which has brought new vigor to the enterprise. The works occupies an area of 160000 square meters.Our total asset is more than 43 millions RMB. Now, there are 585 staff members including 85 professional technical personnel in various kinds, 40 with middle-rated or above titles and 45 with primary titles. There are 560 processing equipments including 13 numerical machine tools.With complete equipment, perfect inspection method, strict management and stable and reliable quality of products, the works has the following advantages: the first one is equipment ability: the injection pump and fuel nozzle are the high-precision products, therefore, the enterprise has kinds of lathes (common lathe, CNC lathe, six-axis automatic lathe, hydraulic profile modeling lathe and vertical-axis lathe), drill press, milling machine, boring machine, planer, high-precision non-core grinder, high-precision vertical grinder, horizontal grinder, high-speed middle-core grinder) and precise middle-core muller, double-plate roller, non-core roller and horizontal grinder. Besides, the works has set up the heat treatment workshop, with the main equipment of quenching furnace, CNC well cementite furnace, coldness treatment fridge and surface treatment production line, capable of kinds of heat treatment requirements for kinds of alloy structural steels. Therefore, with complete equipment of feeding and high-precision processing equipment, rich experience and advantageous superiority by working on high-precision core and axis processing for a long time, and strong production capacity of precise units, the works can accept the picture, sample and material processing of high-precision mechanic products. The second one is technical advantage: the works has 85 technical personnel in various kinds, which nearly accounts for 13% of the total employees, who work on mechanic manufacturing and design, internal-combustion engine, heat treatment, material, industrial electric and automation, etc, capable of designing special machines, kinds of moulds, non-standard knives and kinds of frocks and jigs, technical making and instruction work of kinds of mechanic products. With strong comprehensive ability of development, design and techics, the works offers strong technical support to design and manufacturing of kinds of products. The third one is administrative advantage: since pushing the comprehensive quality management in 1980s, the enterprise has established the perfect quality assurance system, and a whole set of strict and comprehensive quality control and quality assurance system for material incoming inspection, procedure inspection on the production line and the final ex-factory inspection.The works has set up the physical and chemical inspection room, element analyzing inspection room, central measurement and inspection room, etc. The enterprise enjoys good quality atmosphere, and has formed corporate culture with modern enterprise’s characteristics. At present, the enterprise is preparing for ISO/TS16949 quality system certification.
